Since starting our website, I've been fortunate to stay as busy as I'm able to manage, most days, and sometimes a little more! Years ago I found small independent pedal businesses online (like this one today), and one thing I often noticed was a slightly chaotic environment on the seller's side, due to the fact they had a full time job and their pedal business was a passion project, but it had to come second to the day job that pays the bills. Fast forward and here I am, in that same boat. I absolutely love everything about running a small pedal business, but I work a full time job and it requires me to travel, so building and shipping orders can be challenging at times. I have to say, my customers have been the absolute best humans when it comes to working with my schedule, the unexpected parts shortage, or slow down, and I am so grateful.
This fall creates a unique challenge for me- while November and December are two of the busiest months of the year for me, my shop will have to be closed from November 1 - December 15 this year, meaning I won't be able to ship any orders in time for Christmas, after October 30th. A few years ago this would have terrified me, but if you ain't busy living, you're busy dying, so I am making the time for some very important down time, probably the first real down time for this business, in 10 years. I will be sharing reminders and building up inventory every day I am able, from now until October 30th, to be ready for as much business as I can handle through October. All the support we've had up until today makes this possible and I will forever be grateful for each and every person who has ordered anything from us over the years, thank you all!
